Changes in the face that occur with aging are not limited to the skin and subcutaneous areas. Current facelift surgeries consist only of removing sagging skin and subcutaneous tissues. However, with aging, many structural changes occur on the face. It is not possible to obtain long-term results without eliminating these structural changes, and it causes surgeries that do not go beyond leaving a long scar on the patient’s face. Rhinoplasty is a difficult surgery that requires a lot of dedication and practice. Shaping the 3-dimensional nasal organ is considered the most difficult plastic surgery operation.
